Today's my wife and I's wedding anniversary, We've been married for 8 years.

I lost about 4 lbs this week. I'm more concerned with my blood pressure because it's higher than it was last week.

I lost 5 lbs this week. I spent two nights in the hospital, but I managed to get down a few pounds.
